Should I become a fencer or teras kasi artist? Im planning to master one of them. In addition im getting a little medic and scout skills.

look for the SWG character builder they have

go to it and choose the skills u plan on haveing and then go to view report it will tell u all about the special defenses and stuff and u can decide what u like best

GO 1h SWORD!!!

TKA is way overpowered... they can KD, Dizzy, Stun, Blind.. and target all 3 pools... dont take the EASY path of KTA... go Fencer! dont be a whimp... take the high raod

Teras Kasi! Of course I'm biased...

But I did start a fencer on another server, well he's kind of far from fencer but that is his goal

Either way, good luck. Both should be fun in their own way.

well im a fencer myself i find it a fun profession 2 play but its hard 1 without a pet or in a nice grp(ft tusken are good) exp is hard we hav sum nice moves and sum not so nice weaps(suppose gaffi STICK(not sword) is are best atm )

if tried unarmed myself did nt like it due 2 the fact that ur stuck with a vk for all of it

I started out going for Teras Kasi Artis, but then switched to dencer.

I'm using a Ryyke blade (sp) and it has been the best weapon I've found so far for the One Handed combat. It has a max hit damage of 163.

I'm qualified for the Rantok sword, but I have yet to find one, ANYWHERE!!

Eh TKA is probably a better choice if you want to be effective at pvp and such, but i like Fencer alot more. at a little over novice (0,0,1,0) and with a curved sword(62-164 dmg 1.7 speed) i hit like a mad man for around 600-1000, but the its up to you what you wanna be.

Am finishing up TK this week (4,4,4,3 now). I also have medic (4,4,0,0) and CH (3,3,1,1). The rest are currently split-up between marksman, brawler and scout.

I find alot of good defense in some of the fencer trees like dodge and greater melee and ranged defenses. So, I am going to try to get parts of 2 fencer trees.Will probably give up marksman to get the skill points.

So, to answer your question,go TKM and the defensive parts of Fencer. Medic (4,4,0,0) and CH (3,3,1,1).

I do not do PvP. It would change things if I did.
