Brawler Archive

I was looking through the different posts and couldn't find any subjects about what race to chose and such? I was going TKA but now looking thinking about Master Brawler/TKA. Before I see that Trandoshans rock for melee damage but that only counts for one tree, doesn't help with the other trees. So I guess my question is what are people's opinions on the different races to use for the brawling profession?

Zabrak's vitalize and more importantly, equilibrium, will save you every single day.

That and they have the highest willpower to save your mind from mind damage and HAM costs.

go Trandosian that lizard reptile looking species they have a big unarmed bonus for TKAs.

Personally i play a Twi'lek. Why?
Because of the huge quickness they get.
Max out at 750 quickness and specials cost next to nothing

If you are looking into high maximums, just go human. They can go to 1100 max in every stat(well, not at once of course)

I play a human for faction only but started with aZabrak and can tell you equilibrium has saved me many times.

True, Zabraks do have a high willpower, It works great when you heal yourself in battle as you can regen your mind pool. However, those points are sorely needed in your secondary stats for health and action. You will never be able to wear advanced composite with out buffs from food, spice or a doctor.

I like the looks and balanced stats on humans. Zabraks have some very nice abilities. In general, I think that armor is very useful and so before taking any race with armor restrictions, be really sure that you are ready to play that way. If you are absolutely sure that you don't want to use armor then wookies will be very good.

Bah to Wookies and Trandoshan (or whatever they are called). Human and Zabrek (sp) are the way to go, hehe. Armor is great too.

I cant wait to see what the next race will be. I guess we have to wait till the space expansion to see who that will be. I hope they make good melee players and look big and intimidating.

LIES!!!! Im a zabrak and I can wear a entire suit of advanced composite or a entire suit of advanced ubese

Really?? Who makes your armor so I can get some. I have never found a complete set of advanced composite that I could wear, even sliced. Please say you are on Ahanzi (sp)
