This is perhaps not the most detailed guide but I figured I'd offer up help to anyone interested.
1) Get an inspiration buff and doc buff if available. No armor needed.
2) Step outside of Eisley and get Unarmed 1. You'll want this for center of being. While it seems to make enemies miss me about 1/3rd more oftenit also seems to reduce the damage done to me from around 80ish to the mid 20's.
3) Using your CoB and Bacta Shot gain exp to meet the requirements for the remaining first tier boxes. Do not train the skills however until all are ready to be learned. This keeps your CL low and results in better exp from the critters you're smashing instead of increasing your CL making the exp gain on any other box of the same tierthat much longer.
4) Repeat this with tiers 2 and 3, again making sure you're getting maximum exp by delaying your training and with your inspiration buff. You can also maximize your killing speed by setting Melee Hit to your default attack (Ctrl + Click). The reason for this instead of Melee Strike is that our speed isn't high enough yet to utilize Melee Strike. However with Melee Hit set as your default attack you'll still have a recharge time on it aswell. Interchange between the two to optimize your speed between cooldown timers.
5) The first 4th tier box you'll want to train is Polearms 4. With this box trained you'll gain access to Sweep Attack. At this point CoB will be come your work-horse. Always try to get CoB up before attacking. Although it's a bit fickle right now you should be able to get it going by either targeting or not-targeting what you'll attack. I don't know why it makes a difference sometimes but it just does so we have to work around it. Also from what I have notices you are not able to activate CoB while moving. From here on out look for tightly grouped creatures around the city and target the toughest one. Start in with your Sweep Attack and you should mow most down in a few hits depending on what weapon you're using. Sweep will generate a lot of aggro in your area so be prepared to take a LOT of hits but you should be ok. From here just run circles around Eisley targeting clustered critters as by the time you've completed your circle they'll have respawned in a good group usually. I've easily generated about 12k exp doing this in about 10 minutes with no risk of death.
Enjoy
