Where can I find info on "respec" .

I have a brawler but since the combat upgrade. clothing has disappeared and a weapon (ploearm ) I used to use, I cannot use anymore because of a missing certicate.

I'm confused?

btw: things are just as hard even with the con system so seems nothings changed. ie. blues kill me!

All weapons have been given a skill requirement. Some require you to be at a certain Combat Level (CL) and some require that you havea certain skill box. You can find out more about weapon requirements by going in the knowledge database via your holocron/customer service and looking knowledge base article 15691 Weapon Certification List.
