Just got in, found a white con and checked to see just how nerfed we were.... Whamo, incap and DB'd by a chicken-thing...


Advice... Stay away from white cons or greater now...


Cant understand it...

Bezerk nerf is life... I am doing no more that 130ish with Bezerk now... Other specials are less than 100 consistently...


Oh well, I guess we are the first to smell the stench of the new Order of MMOs.

confirmed. berserk is now 2X damage instead of 3X, and they have not reduced the HAM cost at all. it's not so bad for me at expert unarmed, as i wasn't relying on it to begin with, but i weep for the novice unarmed.

I just thought id give you all some advice on how to get by the nerf. On radiant, my guild looted fome exceptional Adv Resilence compounds, so I went and got us some spider venom. We put them together, we came up with 700 ticking poison, that has 237 potency. We made one, and are waiting to test if the potency is high enough or if we need to experiment into potency more.


But thats just us, and I have never seen anything else like this so it doesnt help you. But here is what will help you. What I had one of our CMs do was craft, singles poisons, and area poisons messing with the potency. Keep in mind this is Radiant, we have a bit higher potency then some servers. So your stats may vary.






Single Poisons -

33% potency exp

154 pot

354 eff


51% potency exp

181 pot

306 eff


66% potency exp

188

275


95% potency exp

227 pot

180 eff


Area Poisons -


92% potency exp

225 potency

131 eff


75% potency exp

204 pot

178 eff


68% potency exp

196 pot

As you can see, with the high potency the effectivness is almost to low to make any difference. However, I know some of you cannot aford to do what I will be suggesting, so you can use single poisons. While easily cured if you have your group target the doctors first, in then end you will win. However, what me and my guild are doing is this. With the area effects, we will be testing which ones will hit the most, or enough. And then we will be using these and puting Spider Venoms into them to make up for the lost damage.


Now I know alot of you wont be able to go hunt for spider venoms. But I suggest you try to experiment with your servers potencys like this. Becuase our 68% experimented poisons, will still hit for 380, which is still a decent amount of damage, and is 196 potency. So all is not lost, just start experimenting into potency, and if you have them available, use spider venoms to make up for the lost damage.
