What is it? I only do PvE i dont even know how to do PvP , so which is the best, i would like to be able to tank things, but i dont want the low damage output of a fencer. Im am currently goin fot TKA, but can it stack defenses? Or should i just get swordsman?

well in my opinion tkm is nice for soloing things because it has power yet def and cool effects while really easy to master once you get to novice.. pikeman was cool even though people say its broken ,it really doesnt feel like it but anyways pikeman is cool if you like to swing a huge axe around your body while blocking things also.. swordsman is cool once you reach 0 0 0 3 which gets you your scythe then you can master the profession really fast... overall its worth doing if you like pve... But the best overall is TKM but thats me, and if you want to tank you want to go tkm master swordsman and some medic prefered 0 0 4 0 for using bettter stims.. hope that helps ..

Why dont you get the 3 best pve melee profs?... Master Teras Kasi, Master Swords and Master Pikeman.. you get kinetic, blast, electricity and energy dmg .. good for both. death watch, bunker, night sisters and so on

The fencer defense bonuses are really really nice when it comes to pvp and pve. Add that plus swordsman master brawler, plus some tka and you have an awesome combo that can be used to solo almost anything.

I agree with Fantom.....that is the best all melee combo for both PvE and PvP.

But you could also substitute pikeman for swordsman, it is almost as strong in PvE and pikes are a lot more fun than swords IMO........The animations are great at least.

I think having Master Swordsman in the is a must, plus Medic 0040 or 0030 at least, so you can heal a lot of yourself if needed. Some TKA is helpful, and fencer is good for defenses.

me personally I"m tkm, master fencer, and fixing to be master brawler. I wouldn't change it for anything, except boredom lol

TKM is the best pve of course they only have kenetic dmg which isa major downside, Swordsmen is a close second which has Blast, kenetic (prolly more dunno), Fencer is great pvp with stun dmg but not so great pve, Pikeman isnt really even worth looking at, I suggest doing master swords,tkm, master brawler, and stick the rest in fencer.. this rocks pve and will still allow you to pvp quite well.

Fencer works in PvE I think because of defences, and I think that Swordsman are better in PvE than a TK, but a TK will usually win a 1 on 1 duel IMO.
