Thread: Reason for Keeping Master Brawler..
Well on a 1 on 1 they FEAR Master Brawler when combined with another Melee profession.
My Template:
TKM
Master Brawler
Doc 4-0-3-0
Ive fought Several Jedi Knights and I can say I have won the majority of the fights.
They (Jedi) usually end Duels:
Jedi Ending Duel because of Brawler's Intimidate
Master Brawler makes a HUGH diffrence..Intimdate2 and Warcry2 are AMAZING!

The Jedi is saying in the screen shot he ended because he couldn't heal states..not specifically because of intimidate. I'd say KD/Dizzy and the other states probably contributed to his decision to /endduel just as much as intimidate may have. A jedi can still fight as intimidated so I suppose it was your /unarmedstun1 or /unarmedknockdown2 or /unarmedhit3 and a combination that made him say forget it.
A jedi with more skills in healing could probably stand toe to toe with you.
Your sort of lucky, I bet before the force run nerf the jedi could have just ran circles around you, throwing that saber and making quick work of you.

Actually no..Ive fought alot of Jedi bro...before the Force Run "Adjustment"...
They can try and run circle but causeing ZERO damage esp with TKMs Unarmed toughness.
On a 1 on 1 a TKM would get OWNED by a Jedi.
But...i dont have just TKM i have Master Brawler and Doc.
First thing a Jedi does is hit you with "States and Bleeds"
So what do you do with my temaplate?
"WarCry-2" while he stuck for 20 sec nail him with intimdate (Intimdate will not break Warcry)...then go for other states.
So what that do???
Well it causes him to use "Force Heal" to heal his states.
keep this up for about 10 min and guess what?
Hes out of FORCE power.
then KD him and Warcry again while you heal your bleeds states.
Then go at it again with KD2 and keep hitting his states..and with Master Bralwer pullout that good old "Mind Poisen or Mind Fire Staff".
Bloodfin has ALOT of Overt DJK so its never a problem finding one to fight.

Actually you brought up a very good point! Jedi do not fear master brawlers, but it is an imbalance in the system with specials. You can spam intimidate2 all day long and do specials with NO HAM costs... none... nada... zip. However, the Jedi says he doesn't have heal states doesn't mean he could keep up with you spamming intimidate2. There is a 4 second delay as well as the use of force if he did infact have healstates. You can put it right back on without having any costs while the Jedi... well we know how that ended. Now come on, what is thefairness in that
But yes, I used to be a master brawler and I know the effects about intimidate. It goes into the book of lame and shouldn't be used in duels or pvp. Good thing Gorath doesn't have these type of lamers that spam it in duels and pvp. The same goes for warcry.

So your telling me there isnt a singel Jedi out there that doesnt spam their SPECIALS???
Jedi has intimdate and stacking "STATE Damage"
So your saying Jedi shouldnt do this?
Im just useing the skills that I worked to get.
I didnt go to the Jedi Forum to whine about Jedi stacking State damage or spamming their specials.

Well your opinion is your own..but this is the Brawler Forum..not Jedi.

You dont get the Brawler profession..its not designed to be a Powerful profession it was designed to compliment other Melee professions..think about it.
Oh and I do wish you would come to Bloodfin..not TC2.
Anybody who has transfered from other Servers can tell you Bloodfin OwnZs.
I would hate to see PVP on your server..you guys probably send each other tells "Hey Dont use any Specials"
I know your trying to defend the Jedi..but don't do it
