I'm currently leveling to Master Doctor and need a Brawler proffesion to go along with it since I don't know anything about brawler.
Any suggestions?

They are all good with doctor. It just depends on what you want to do, and your play style.
Here are some things to think about:
Fencer--- Great defenses, low damage. Very good for low/mid level PvE. Because of armor, it is actually lacking a bit in pvp, but would be good with doc for group pvp. Does kinetic and stun damage.
Swordsman--- low defenses, very good damage. Great at all level of PvE. Can be good at pvp because of mind damage, but lacks defense to be really good at it unless you're defense stacked. Has AP 2 weapons and does kinetic and blast damage. Benefits greatly from speed tapes/enhancements
Pikeman---low defenses, very good damage. Great for all levels of PvE (except NS elders). Can be good at PvP with the right DoT weapons, but lacks defense to be really good at it unless you're defense stacked. Has AP 2 weapons and does kinetic and electricity damage primarily. Also, one of the coolest profs in terms of animations. Benefits greatly from speed tapes/enhancements
TKA---good defense, good damage. Very good at low/mid level PvE (can do decent at high level PvE depending on the case). Solid in PvP, but only does kinetic damage, so it's limited. Nice "extras" like meditate and Force of Will. Probaby the best all around, but not the best at any one thing.
I'm sure I missed a point or two, but I think these are the main points to think about with the profs. Pick one that you think will be fun.

go pikeman if you can get combat prowess 0004 and some +speed tapes, and can find a high damage pike, but swords is good because it is faster i think

A related question:I'm working a doctor/swordsman character right now. And I'm trying to decide on my balance. I'm definately going master swordsman and master medic. My fill-in skills are the key. I can either go master brawler, and get doc 0403, which lets me buff, res, and build almost all stims and buffpacks, but not the highest rank.
Or, I can go master Doc, drop master brawler, and have 18 points left over, which is some basic skill and a single box.
So the key question for me is do I gain enough with master brawler to sacrifice master doc? I know war2 and intim2 are pretty handy, and you get some nice bonuses from M. Brawler to give up the boosts from master doc? Both are sizable.
I'm guessing that the answer comes down to "Do you want to be a better fighter or a better healer" but I'm wondering if not getting M. Brawler puts me at a mediocre fighter and expert healer, whereas M. brawler means expert fighter and good healer, or some such.

The real tool which you benefit from is Intimidate 2. In my opinion - this is the order:

- Sword (The speed bonus makes a big difference, and the KD)
- Fencer (For the KD)
- Pike (For the Speed)
- TKA (For Intimidate)
I would simply go for Master Doctor + Master <Elite Profession>, then, swap between Scout 1000, or Scout 0010, when theres a good resource shift, and Artisan 0001 for Surveying.
