I also just got TKA, what does the meditation skills do at Novice level? It doesn't seem to do anything, or do I have to go to Meditation 4 for it to do anything?

Thenovice level allows you to cure poison, bleeds abd disease with out a medics assistance.

Also I noticed that at novice level your mind pools regen a lot faster

novice heals bleeding

meditation 1 heals poison

meditation 2 heals disease

meditation 3 does nothing cept make it better

meditation 4 heals wounds

Well, I just killed Mallechae and daxter and went to my first shrine. I choose to meditate and it says I must do so respectfully. I have bowed, sat, stood, tka med, taken off my shoes and armor...still cant figure out what it wants me to do..any help would be fantastic. Thanks

Thank you very much, that was most frustrating...the last time I used the command kneel might have been the first week of the game...since then it was Meditate, stand and prone only.
