Alright.....I have heard from many people about the benefits of master brawler and I believe I will pick that up, soo I am trying to finish my template to make it good for both PvE PvP and of course IT MUST BE FUN.
I am thinking for right now
Master Fencer
Master Teras Kasi
Master Brawler
....then i get confused with rest
should i put them into medic, 4/0/0/0 scout, or another melee profession

Having at least novice medic is useful in PVP. Ter Neg isn't really all that important in pvp imo.

I've always been partial to medic 2/0/0/0 to stop bleeds, and scout 3/0/0/0 for terrain negotiation. Some have pointed out that terrain negotiation is not needed for PVP, and this is true in some areas, though in places like AH, there is terrain available to be used to advantage. Scout 4/0/0/0 provides no terrain handling ability over 3/0/0/0, and anything that would be fooled by mask scent, you shouldn't need to run from with this template. In PVE, having that terrain negotiation can be very nice. Crawling at a snail's pace when you feel like walking to your destination, is NOT fun. I had the template you are pursuing at one point. My only complaint was that fencer did diddley for me PVE. You are stilllimited to stun and kinetic damage, which can be a mild pain. Other than that though, great template, and loads of fun to play. Good luck with it =).

Thx all for reply. I also noticed in your template Tyyylowyspetily that you have master ranger, which is another profession I always wanted to master.I only had tracking 4 at the most though. Is the ranger profession fun? I cannot see myself dropping scout all together. I need at least 3/0/0/0 for the terrain negotiation. You cannot believe the annoying factor it was walking at a crawl up those hills of tatooine. I felt likethe man when I had exploration 4 and when we had a group of 10 to go dewback or squill hunting I was waayy ahead of the pack. I will most likelysplit those remaining 40 some points in 3/0/0/0 scout and rest in medic

Oh yes, Ranger is a very fun class, but unfortunately not the strongest PVE choice there is. Although... at master ranger, count on traps sticking to anything you can get missions on. Makes the need to chase stuff down anon issue. Melee players often complain about warping. Glue a target to the ground with a trap, and it becomes an easy target. Ranger is definately one of those "just for fun" classes though. It's a ton of skill points for little payback in game or combat terms. Still, you can't beat the "wow" factor a field base camp gets from other players, hehe. Many have never seen one, and they are nicer than the insides of most houses.
If you couldn't care less about having the most l33t character on your server, and just like having fun pve'ing with your buds, ranger is a blast. I would strongly advise TKM with it if you go melee though. Rangers tend to get diseased pretty far afield, and it's an all around pain finding a doc at times to cure it.

Terrain negotiation, while nice, is not needed anymore since people generally ride their vehicle everywhere. I would definitely support the 0040 medic idea. Better stims helps a bunch in high end PvE.......but then again with a fencer/TKA combo, you won't be able to do high end PvE, so it may not be as important.

I don't think that you will need to master fencer. I like 0440 for defenses, Master Swordsman, Master Brawler, TK 4044, and Medic 0030.
And if you don't like that and want to stick with your template, I say get medic 00x0 over scout.

My template is similar to yours. Master TKA/Master Fencer/Master Brawler/ Medic 0-2-0-0/ Scout 1-0-0-0 (with a couple of points left over for Force stuff). I don't see the point of taking the bleed stopping tree of medic because meditation can knock out bleeds in a matter of 10 seconds (some of them anyways). As for pvp, it is for sure fun. For pve it is also fun. Just remember to spam that intimidation2 in pvp and knock thier dizzy booties flat and u will own. The medic is essential though. I think going through the healing speed is more important than anything if u only have a few points to tinker with.

Master Fencer/TKM/Master Brawler is a strong template for PvP but not so much PvE. Some may not agree with me on this though. I feel that you should drop master brawler and polearms and master swordsman as well. I believe that you can master all three with enough skill points. This will give you better defenses and more power in PvE and still the uberness of fencer's in PvP. Plus the added defenses of TKM.

I posted in both of your threads.
