After many career changes, and dropping Unarmed IV which was earned back when we could effectively use VKs, I am back working toward TKA again. My recipe for success? I am a master Doctor. With a full set of buffs I can use the most expensive specials non-stop... and I only need to hit a stim about every minute. I purposely hit lairs when fighting most whites and below, because when they swarm em they are easier to hit than chasing them all down.

Get those Doctor buffs folks, you will feel like Superman.

Here is my tip

1 : your a master marksman already, so go grab pistoleer, >>>healthshot2<<<<<

2: get a hard hitting pistol, + 30% damage powerup

3: go to talus

4: hunt torturs

-bleed tortur 1 time with healthshot2

-unequip pistol (make sure you only shoot him once)

-punch him til you go down

-watch him walk away

-watch him die

=2k+ unarmed xp per kill

so far i have gone from novice brawler to completed unarmed 3 in about 2 hours

servers are down or i would be done unarmed 4 by now. =/

About the guy who suggested the Kaduus.. they aggro now. Males will aggro if you attack any kaduu, but females wont aggro for any other reason except if you attack them of course. It can be tricky with several males out at the same time, but the lairs seem to last a while and it's decent xp.

so i've posted on a few of the other threads on this forum, but i decided just to start my own on the subject since it seems like 80% of the threads here are on how to get Unarmed 4.

now then to the question.....what IS the best xp to get unarmed 4? i've been fighting blue mobs on tatooine and they give me 80-100 xp each and it's much too slow going. i haven't even gotten unarmed 2 yet!!

any advice given on this will be helpful to me and i'm sure to many others as well considering the number of posts on this topic

buy a pair of vibroknucklers. even though you are not certified and the dmg they will deal is small, its been my experience that you will hit for the same amount with nothing equipped. also you will hit faster. get a pair sliced at below 2.0 and things will go quicker. also start fighting whites, get buffed and take on yellows and reds, its up to you. It will take several days of fighting but you'll eventuallly get there. the only way to do it fast is to have a pet tank, go to dantooine, and fight Huurton Stalkers and Pickets. Hope this helps

If you have money buy unarmed skill tapes, armor attachments... find yourself a master tailor and order few clothes with melee and stun defense... get yourself a knuckler with speed no more than 2.1... get novice medic and buy 350/25 stimpack b's... Use unarmed blind and stun at the begining of combat...if you have alot of money buy advanced chitin armor with 45% kinetic....

I have all these, I can kill a syck without even scratched... that 700xp

Heres a suggestion,I know it's probably the worst way to do it but here goes. Trade faction points for experiance in Unarmed Combat 4. It's probably going to take forever but it saves you the pain of having to fight a whole bunch of newb mobs and small creatures. Get some high paying rebel or imperial missions and when you save up enough points trade them in for exp. And at the same time you'll be making a lot of money.

Well since I just started a brawler for the first time, my advice may not be much, but this seems to be a good way. I'm 3/4 of the way to unarmed 4 now..

Here's the way I've gotten about 40k xp in about 3 hours of play time.. not the fastest, but this is a new char with no other skills.

I went to a less populas city, found the local thugs, and had at them.. has two benifits, you can pace yourself, and you can make a little money at the same time.. as soon as you loot the body they'll respawn, and you can have at them again.. Need to heal yourself, no problem don't loot and wait a few minutes.I'm doing meatlump something or others right now, white cons.. I've made 12k, and 40k xp in about 3 hours. Not the best I know, but good enough.. and I don't have to run all over the place doing missions either.

Land a stun/bind/intimidate combo and they're all yours.

VKs are great, even my "slow" 2.7 ones give me a good speed boost, now that I've got money I'm gonna get a faster one. Gonna get them sliced and see if I can find some good speed/dmg powerups too..

Hope this is helpful.
