I think what he is asking is the effects of the FS skills towards Initiate/padawan/jedi. Can someone also explain them to me.

I currently have unlocked six FS skill and all i need is the FS XP. I am trying to decide what to learn that would be benificial to my Jedi process.

Already Unlock:

Range Speed

Range Acc

Melee Speed (trained)

Melee Acc (will train)

Healing

Persuation

Range Defence

Will train if needed or benificial to jedi:

Persuation

Survibal

Vehicle control

Melee Def (was going to train last phase intead of Healing but quest was bugged.)

If i wait till Phase 4 again melee def i will have to wait nother 2 month or so for jedi.

Ok.... First, ranged defence is useless imo because at master sabers you can almost block every blaster bolt that comes towards you. And the only time your gunna fight something that might possibly use a ranged wep is a bh. But bh seem to favor melee these days because Jedi have some pretty poor melee defence x_X Umm... Persuation is kinda useless... it only lets you pay less for training but im pretty sure you don't have to pay for training as jedi. The whole combat prowess tree is useless but is probably the easiest to get so stick with it. Out of the list you stated the only ones that will have any real affect on jedi is survival, melee def, and vehicle control. Survival for that little extra terran neg, melee def because it's great to have, and vehicle control because a faster swoop is a better swoop Anyways, i'd suggest you just grind the exp you need for the 6 branches you already have unlocked. I don't know if you realize it or not, but the CU is coming pretty soon. And you never know what it had instore for grinding exp. lol and besides... at 6 branches unlocked I can't believe your even considering waiting even longer grind your heart out and get jedi already!
