It's a good ability.. just needs some tweaks and fixes... like breaks on everything needs to be fixed.. and a 1-2min timer or some sorta immunity after a sucessful delay on target before they can be warcried again... maybe something like that for intim too

The problem is they're always "fixing" the wrong things.
The problem isn't in warcry itself. Its in how a target player is affected by it.
Way back in the day...
You could just keep spamming knockdown to keep someone on the ground indefinitely. Hence the 30-second KD timer that we now have to stop this. Warcry needs the same thing. So that one can only be warcried once per x ammount of seconds... by any player.
Warcry needs to be treated just like Knockdown is.
