Well...mine is rather simple: Duel swords.

Yep. It worked awesome in KOTOR.

While they're at it, they can give Jedi duel lightsabers too for those who do not want the duel bladed one.

Then grind FS xp. It would make Swordsman too powerful.

Dual swords is a cool idea, although that only really makes sense for fencers and TKA. (Dual PH? Dual LVA? doesnt work). But shields? Sure melee has its place there were melee guys in SW but an updated/redone PSG would seem much better and that seems much more star warsy to me. Unless you all want to be gungans.
