Warcry 1 prevents opponants from attacking for 10 seconds, and warcry 2 prevents opponants from atacking for 20 seconds. I don't know if this works in PvP, but I know that it prevents NPCs from attacking in PvE.

Yeah it seems to work pretty well now. What the degree of the cone BTW? So now I hit a MOB with Pistol Whip and then Warcry, gives me a good 10-15 second knockdown.
