the only idea i have for berserk includes adding a newprofession called... berserker...


basicly it requires master brawler and the 4 trees are for the 4 melee types. BUT... you get moves and such that you can use while berserk.


of course i think that would involve way too much work so... meh.

i think it would be much better if you would be able to use special abilities while in beserk, you can take more damage but will be dealing so much more, for example, you are in beserk 2, you are a mswordsman, you use headhit2, instead of dealing 4k, you do 8k.....that would be just...grand, but you would also be receiving much more damage, it would just be awesome

Berserk2 needs to have some kind of bonus, clear states and def vs. intimidate maybe. And we need a way to clear the berserk state, CoB as some have suggested or even just being able to /peace out of it. 2 min of not being able to peace or jump on your mount/bike is too long. For Fencer and TKberserk2can beuseful, but for polearm and 2h it is not worth using as Hit1 with a speed sliced weapon hits harder. The first time I used Berserk2 was also the last time,I had noidea how long it lasted, I was trying to tap a lair and /peaceand ended up getting malled by 5 Enraged Bull Rancors (I hate their Dizzy+KD). Warcry2, Intimidate2 and Lunge2 are very usefull skills for any melee template, but berserk2 as is I feel is worthless.



...but Tuesday Weld isn't a complete sentence.

Berserk1 I feel is fine as is and should stay as is.


Berserk2 as is, is a joke and needs changed.


I think B2 should last as long as B1 but allow you to "focus" on the fight.

Making you less likely to have state effects placed on you and much less likely to be KD.Maybe make B2 HAM cost free ((pretty much like it is now))

While B2 is active a player can't use specials, can't heal, cant burst run and so on.

The boost in the attack damage we get now from B2 should stay as is.

I think Berserk2 should be like a kamakazi attack. For a short period it does phenomal damage to an opponent either PvE or PvP, but at a large cost in damage to the user and almost a total loss of defence. At the end of the Berserk cycle you should be nearly helpless so it would only be used as a last resort, either to save your group or as a last ditch effort to save yourself.


Berserk1 should stay pretty much as it is since it is useful to the Novice Brawler but almost useless after that.


Those are just my thought on the matter, hope they help.

beserk2 is well "beserk" make it immune to state effects as in your to crazed and angry and fuming to care that your stunned and if you have a master as in master tk. the damage of the beserk should be equivelant to uh3. or 2h3 if your sword 1h3 if your fencer etc. i tried beserk2 once.... i learned my lesson
