please StGabriel try to find out more about the staking of MELEE CLASS defenses
I made a fuss about this yesterday . . . again.
Basically I think that it is correct to say that the way things stack will change although the idea of stacking in the first place will not. Maintaining a "skill-based" system is important and will stay so.
That's about as specific as I can be. I'll see if I can get a quote or two out of the guys. If not, I'd say that the emphasis is to remove "uber" templates that are vastly better than other templates but to still allow a range of customization through skills and stacking. How will this finally get implemented in practice? I don't know much more than you guys right now.

i am quite sure it wont stack anymore... sorry, i am master brawler tkm fencer too. and i can bet you money that after the pass it wont, i am just hoping that master brawler will still stack with tk after this pass... everyone get ready to take it in a very uncomfortable place... like the back of a volkswagon
