To the person that says that Pikeman is gimped. maybe he does Not Know How to Play the class. I have Not found decent armor. Seems that most is Not well done, or maybe Armorsniths do Not realize that the "Examine" radial option is there to show tou good metal, from Lousy, and they use the metal that fills the slot, regardless of effectiveness.

I ramble. Fact is I do destroy Missions, steadily, In a fleshwrap, because I wanna Look good as I take down 3 to 4 white conns at a time. In 10 Missions I was Incapacitated once. and that Only becaise I ran out of stim kits. I have to agree, a character should have some balance to survive, you can't JUST be a Pokeman, as some are JUST Mages, ot Druids in a competing game...

We were given an Option to Mix and match for a reason YES, it makes for variety, But it is necessary for survival, I have :

1. Apprentice Pikeman: Because the Moves Look cool, and I can't wait for the area attacks In Pikeman class.

2. Novice Medic: To heal Myself.

3. Novice Scout: Want to be a CH

4. Carbine 3, ranged support 3: needed to pull them, and easier to deal with a) when they run away, and b) if I have to run away,

5. Novice Artisan. seemed Like fun.

6. Apprentice Image Designer: So I can afford fancy Fleshwraps :-)

My point is as stated above, one cannot be a Pure anything. If that were the Point we would Not have 250 Points to work with, that is enough to be master Elite at 2, and maybe get some extras form other classes for survival.

Pure Melee, will be Killed By Kiting No matter if master TK, or whatever, But Master Rifleman can't do crap, if the Mobs are all around Him In close quarters, so what to do?? What the devs expected... mix, and match.
