Grab some destroy missions and head out to the lair. Get your friends to take out the creatures while you pound on the lair. Just have them jump all over whatever comes out of the lair right away so you don't get beat up. I've rarely even been getting hit and pulling 400-600 depending on lair type. It takes a long time still, but it's better than grinding gnorts for the next 3 months.
