I have about enough for 2-3 trees in an elite prof. So I am wondering if I sohlud go pistoleer or one of the melee branches. I was just wondering of dodge/block/def acuity/counter-attack and center of being would be more effective then just dodge/block/counter-attack/def acuity in pvp. I have heared things that people with CoB can barely be hit when it is active. So...if you can understand what I had just said some answers would be greatly appreciated

I'd say get the meditation and defensive lines in Teras Kasi. You get powerboost in meditation (free buffs for health, action, mind) ability to heal your own wounds, disease, poison, bleeding... and lots of good defense in TK.

Go melee

It is so much better then ranged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any stories about Center of Balance that makes it seem usefull, it dosn't seem to last long at the level I have it at. (sorry for all the posts, but it seems I can't see a reply unless I post again)

Id say so in pve mostly.. but in pvp if the ranged player is smart we will die.

Not really... I have outdueled quite a few ranged chars from 40 meters away because they cant hit burstrun fast enough hehe. Not many people have that hotkeyed. All you have to do is close to within 20 and you will kill almost any ranged. The only exception is carb because of the chargeshot being bugged and never failing.

and yeah i would go melee...definitely tka meditate tree and whatever else you wanna pick up in there. You could mix and match it a bit and try to get some bleeds and head hits from the swordsman trees as well but definitely get the meditate tree first.

depends on the next patch for pvp which is gonna come out on top....

unstackable range defense is gonna hurt. and range tacticz will be more likely to hit more often first ...this is for pvp not pve...

Pve.. tka is the most fun and versitile.. I think at least.. but commando is (or was) a good time also..
