Thread: master brawler...do i need it?

im going fencer for my pvp combat prof and was wanting to know if having master brawler helps and is worth the extra skill points? cause having a 20m KD would be handy.

No I don't think it's that necessary to have.You would bebetter offusing those points elsewhere.

yes yes yes. can't stress it enough.
i am always slow to the punch in pvp. (guess i can't think fast enough)however, today i put my new warcry2/intimidate2 macro into effect. damn cool.
i was surrounded by 5 PvE rebs and a couple PvP rebs a simple cone warcry and intimdate on fencer i was actually targeting allowed me to incap one of the rebs and run away long enough to take on the other and his PvE buddies relativly one at a time.
i will now never give up my master brawler or TkM tags. sure it does leave me enough skill to master something else. but it really doesn't allow me to dabble. it is that important.

the template i was thinking of is
master brawler
master fencer
master rifleman
what should i use the last 18 skill points on? i was either thinking the meditate line in tk or picking up medic so i can use that lovely stim b's.

on second thoughts 18 sp isnt enough to get tk 4000 only 3000
i think ill go with novice medic

in pvp, warcry 2 is the best thing going.
use it
abuse it.

Longer Center of Balance, 20m kd and intimidate2 is pretty cool. I think it's worth it. ( I am pushing to make master even better, so we will see 
) I enjoy and find it usefull to have.

warcry2, intimidate2 and lunge2 are well worth the SP. I will soon be going back to master brawler and am looking forward to it.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't seem to get Warcry to do much of anything, how is Warcry2 different?

Master Brawler is well worth it.
You get Intimidate2((more effective and longer lasting)), Lunge2((attack with chance of KD at 20meters)).
Many underestimate the shear power of Int2. Your chance to hit goes up, your chance to hitwith your max damage goes up, your chance to place State Effects goes up ((Dizzy-KD allmost anyone)), the enemy's chance to hit you goes down, their chanceto hit you with their max goes down, there chance to place State Effects on you goes down. . . . The list goes on . . . . .
