Does anyone use them?

I'm thinking of getting any but have no idea how to use em - can someone point me in the direction of a FAQ pls!

I have problems getting them to my target. They seem to want to stop about 15 meters in front of my mark. Hiding them somewhere might work but that too is a pain in the azz.
