Make a bounty a bounty reguardlees of wether itis an NPC or PC. With the NPC getting tweaked to be more like PC charactors, just make one bounty payout system. The loot drops suck mostly now anyway.

i like the xp loss idea for house sitters. I also like the idea of MBH's being able to go into a stuckture and TEF a jedi. just make it so a smuggler has to pick the lock, and be grouped with the BH, and gets a TEF for the B+E, but cannot attack the jedi, until attacked.

As for jedi whining about being the only profession that has to PvP, tough, no one made become a Jedi. There are plenty of ways to grind so you don't get on the terms until you think you can defend yourself.
