Thread: Why master BH

What do you find benificial in master bounty hunter. I see the use of bh 4xxx but in the x's what is usefull.
as of now i am thinking either MBH MCM Pisioleer xxx3, rest in FS enhanced reflext
i think it would make my melee and ranged Defense both around 200
But if most consinder MBH useless then ill invest into
BH 4xxx, MCM, master pistol
Iam looking to do PVP

I like it because it has a ton of general ranged accuracy and speed, so I am proficiant with any weapon I choose to use. Plus, when you add a second ranged mastery, you become absolutly lethal with that weapon.

Now with a little more researched i think i may Master BH but i still dont know how to mix it up with CM and Pistileer
main options
MBH MCM pistoleer xx3x(for stoping shot)
or
MBH Mpistoleer CM xxx3 (thats if Electrolyte drain is good against jedi)
and then all other kinds of way to mix and match these three. i just dont know what to do any advice or experience would help

The only reason I'm keeping MBH is for the General Ranged Speed/Acc and Adv Crit Shot.

As other have said, Adv Critical is pretty useful. UseImp Leg Shot or Imp Head shot while waiting for the cool down and you are doing a lot of damage. You're also missing out on a lot of speed and accuracy mods.
My biggest problem with the template you have is that you only have a 35m range with that pistol. ATo be honest, I'm not really sure how anyone does this. Heck, what's the point of Adv Stopping Shot from MP if you have to stay within throw/power range to attack back?
On the other hand, you are gaining DoTs, heals, and debuffs, which may suit your needs better than a MBH template. Bottom line is, do what works for you.

I believe they are also "fixing" duelist stance to make it more useful. You can see my template in my sig... I can use any weapon (except for certain master specific weapons), fire my weapons at or very near 1.0 speed, have a potent root shot, as well as misc goodies (I also hear they are going to fix the stun special).
I personally decided against putting pts in medic as:
1. I can buy Stim Ds
2. I can use food to up my regen rates
3. I can wear armor
4. When duelist stance is improved I should be hit even less
All in all I found when a player wants to kill others it is best to go all out offensive... Once you get into a defensive mind-set your opponent, if good, will take advantage... It's all about being perpared, having the right equipment, and picking the right moment... If you do all those things you wont need the CM 4-0-0-0 IMO....
