Right now i am MBH/Mrifles, CM 4000. However ive been reading and 90% people say carbs are better, Is this true, I like rifles cause of the sniper shot and the Adv. critical shot, plus i have 760 DPS with my adv laser rifle. Can someone please tell me why carbs would be better and what abilities/specials would be equal to the sniper and critical shot. Thanks

Adv. Critical is actually a MBH skill. The snipershot, cover and thelong range are great Rifleman plusses. I personally prefer carbines because it better suits my style of play.

I can't speak on Rifleman cause I've never tried it, I only go by what I'm told, but here are some reasons I like Carbineer:

CripplingShot:A good snare to slow an opponent down when your root is out... makes a good kiting aid.

ChargeShot: A good Knockdown hit. People have proclaimed that it's far better than UnderhandShot for KD success and damage.

LegShot: A Carbineer special just as high damaging as Adv. Critical.

MBH and MCarb is a good combo because LegShot and Adv. Crit do much better overall damage when alternated between each other than a Rifleman's SniperShot. Snipershot has a long recharge wait and is basically only good to open the attack with because of it'shigh damage and long cooldown.

Another Rifleman advantage is the range, but with a DXR6 carbine, you can sit at 65m... about rifleman distance. Also there's the cyberlimbs to add to your range if you want more.

The CU did a pretty decent job at balancing out the 3 ranged professions so it truly is a matter of personal preference and playstyle now. I'm personally prefer my carbines.

Carbineer could use alittle attention from the DEVs IMHO.
