Well, here is how I gain my success, but remember, there is no "one method". Here goes:

For Foodand drinkI have a variety : If I am fightinga 180k to full template bounty...

Food: Vagnerian Canape- adds 200 Mind regen, and varied range of health regen (mine does about 345) and 50 Action Regen...The 200 mind is needed so that you don't run out while healing yourself constantly.

Crispic is nice...but not a must. usually adds around 40 Ranged accuracy and maybe in the 60's for melee accuracy.

Vegesparsine for Melee defense. The defense bonus is usually around 100 I believe.

Pikatta Pie is used a lot for dodge, but I generally don't pop this one anymore because people say it's bugged or something....i dunno, I just don't need it but i keep it handy. I also don't use it so that I can save room for...

Parwan Nutricake: Use this to catch a fleeing jedi. Get the ones that have the highest reduce time so that you can use them over and over again.

**Keep in mind, you can't eat all of this food at once, take your pick.

For Drinks::

Vasarian Brandy: I always pop this one at the beginning of a fight. A good one can add into the 400s with Health Regen, 200 with Action regen, and a little 50 mind regen. I highly recommend this one.

Ruby Bliel: Use this in conjunction with your Stim-D's. It will allow you to use 1 every 30 seconds...saves your mind basically.

I have seen some people use Breath of Heaven and Accaragum (sp), but I find them too filling, thus I don't use them.

Dueterium Pyro: My favorite . This sucker adds anywhere from 100+ to ~200 Ranged Accuracy, but for a VERY short time, I have some that lasts for a minute and 15, and some that lasts for only 45 seconds. Its filling is only about 11, so i can get off 2-3 of these per fight before i get full. I use this when I think I have the upper hand in the fight, and I am trying to finish him off. It works. I'm pretty sure that adding that much to your ranged accuracy WILL increase the damage output, as well as give you a better chance to hit.

Spice: I use Booster Blue for the Mind regen mostly. The stats are: +20% Health (Very nice), +20% Action regen, +20% MIND regen, and -20% Health regen. I do not feel that the -20% health regen is an issue, becuase of masses of regen gained from Canape and Brandy (unless there is some sort of cap that I'm not aware of). I pop a booster blue within the first few minutes of afight, but not at the very beginning. I determine whether I will need it or not based on how fast my mind pool dwindles.

Stim Packs: As stated above, I would use Stim-D's with over 1000 health recovery. I use my stim's first, and only use my mind pool to heal during the stim-d cooldown. Ruby Bliel+Stim-D = a healthy BH. .

There ya go, hope that helps. Keep in mind, thisis merely what I use, and I use a mix of these foods and drinks depending on who I am fighting. Many people may do the same, many may not. There is no one way to go, so do as you please.

Also, Armor with good energy resistance will save you a lot of healing time. 8000+ is great...thought it might cost you an arm and a leg. Thanks!
