LS do energy + some elemtal damage..

Pre patch 9 Ls was kinetic damage.

Pre cu ls was lightsaber damage only PSG's (allegedly) were supposed to resist it.

Now Ls is energy damage and normal armour resists it.

Your friend Speaks of The old days. Its energy. And the color is the elemental.

Kinetic was the Old damage aswell thus the Old timers like me call sabers Glowbats.

That and they do insane damage. One jedi slapped me around for 800 damage on average, in Full 7k energy, 75% armor break armor....
