I just became a Bounty Hunter today and I'm excited to get started on my new profession! I bought some bounty hunter droids and am almost ready to take my first mission!

But I am going to need someArmor. I am also currently a Rifleman and Master Marksman, so I have some Ubese armor that I've been using. Althought it's kind of stupid looking...

Anyways, I noticed that Bounty Hunters use Assault armor. I was wondering what is the best kind of armor to buy? And also, should I look for a set with special stats or what? Money isn't really TOO big of an issue, so i'd like some armor that i qualify for that could last a while.

I am on Corbantis Galaxy, so if any armorsmiths could sell me a nice set of armor, i would appreciate it. Or at least tell me a good place to buy the type of armor that I need.

Greetings

My experience has showed me that the best armour for your template is ubese with high energy resistance. Search the bazar and find a good place to buy

on your server. Good Ubese should have +7k Energy resistance. Good luck with it.

Ugh.. I hate ubese armor. Most bounty Hunters I see are wearing some other kind of armor. Composite maybe? is that any good? and i thought ubese was Recon armor? why does BH have assault mitigation if they use recon?

Comp only has around 5500 energy resist. Go with Imp recon faction (scout). You will love the look and it will get you around 7500 energy resist.

Go take a look at the Armorsmith forum. They have a sticky at the top of their page that serves as a customer guide. It tell all about armor and what it takes to wear it, costs, ect....enjoy.

I think I have awesome armor. It's Ubese 8108 energy 75% armor break resistance. Sure its not 90% composite but that's not possible anymore. You can go with ubese, tantel, rebel recon, imperial scout armor or mabari for the best energy resists.
