what is the best ranged weapon for bh now. also i am rifleman/bh so preferably one i can use? thanks for your serious responses and help.

But seriously, it doesnt matter that much- ALR, HLR, T-21, basically any high damage/low sac gun will do

The question can be properly answered. It's like asking your Weaponsmith, "What's the bet gun you can make"? Well, he could make a CDEF Pistol with the best resources and achive full caps on all stats. But that is not the gun you want, is it?
We need more input.
What template? This would help a bit. I would not recomend a T-21 for a master Pistoleer.

Your best rifle is a Kryat T-21. An advanced Laser Rifle will also do you some good. Remember, High damage is nothing if you can't fire it repeatedly. Get low SAC and Speed. Then work on damage.
As for the "serious" responses. LOL get use to flames and trash talk, your a BH -remember?

what is everyones thought on kinetic damage? should I get a good one and if so what is the best kinetic damage rifle?

you can get a kinetic rifle..but i find that a jedi wearing a PSG instead of a belt full of CA's isnt usually the toughest jedi to beat

I say, have one of each. Both Kinetic and Energy. Better to be prepared than not be able to damage your Mark.
You can "hotkey" your weapons to your Numberc keypad. Then choose what you need. If it's not working, switch. Hell, even Obi-wan used a ranged weapon when his saber was out of reach.

I mainly use an HLR, but if I see that the Jedi is wearing a PSG AND it's a defender, I switch to a Fallon Hyper Rifle to see if I damage him more. That kinetic rifle is only useful of the Jedi is a master defender AND is wearing a PSG. If you have the right Damage/Speed slice on the Fallon its speed will be the same as the HLR and its minimum damage will be very close to the minimum of the HLR -- which is all that matters against a master defender.
