hi iam long time bounty hunter first time poster hehe i was wonder do 30k plus npc bounty drop the enegry cell or is it the lower ?

Not sure exactly when you can pull boss marks but they drop of boss marks 30k ham or higher and normally off lvl 82's though i have got them off of 81's

Higher leveled boss marks are what I've gotten mine off of. Lvl 81 and 82, double gold's usually.
