How exactly do you jam an opposing faction's base to receive the 1000 bh xp?

hey everyone, can someone explain to me about jamming bases for BH xp, im hearing all this different stuff about vuneribility times and PvP and PvE bases, i didnt even know there were different types of bases, any help would be apreciated

1. remove all items u care about from ure inventory.
2. go combatant
3. type /find opposite fraction
4. if it i a combatant forward outpost run over to it
5. run inside
6. stand near plink terminal
7. bring radial menu and try to start it befor u incap
8. incap
9. jam
10. unincap
11. run away

How much xp does this give? I tried a few times while gringind but got shot up before i guessed right one and had to burst before 3rd incap

1k BH xp and you can do it while you are dead. I've done it once where i got triple incapped and was able to jam the uplink and

I just cloned after i finished.
