In the last two days, I've had my NPC bounties not spawn, spawn in a tree, disappear before I could loot, then had loot disappear from my inventory. I have been a Master Bounty Hunter since April 2004, in the hopes that the CU would fix these things. Alas, I am only permitted to submit ONE ticket for my problems.

I've always been happy about that. I was happy to wait 10 minutes to shuttle to an NPC that spawned in a building or in a Battle Zone, or not at all. I was happy because the CU was supposed to fix all this. Now I'm not happy and I want a place to voice my displeasure with our bugs.

You are correct. The bugs must be fixed. It is rather dispointing when you find your Mark in a tree.
Is this game subject to the "Leamon Law" as automobiles are? Can I get a refund?

I quit doing them. In one night I tried doing "15" missions and 13 of them were bugged. Some no shows, some mission incompletes. a few were off the map.
Patch 23 really screwed me and the loot hasn't been that great since patch 22.
