just wondering if anyone is still running missions at this level and if the loot is any good? both before and after pub 24

i'll assume everyone went back to mbh after the loot nerf of a couple months ago then

Had to grind out investigation again the old fashioned way a few weeks back, and all I got at level 0 and 1 were simple toolkits. Level 2 and 3 were finely crafted, and the ODD thing a little better at investigation 3 (working on 4)
