Thread: Shouldn't us bounty hunters start to up our prices? Please Post Valid responces!
Not being money hungry but BHs have a huge impact on the Economy within SWG.
I say hit jedi where it hurts. The pocket book this way we make money and risk will equal reward!

I'm not sure how the economy is on your server, but on mine, the prices for SEA's have dropped alot since the revamp and honestly, that's how it should be. The market got flooded and technically, its still underwater. Most jedi could care less if you raised the prices on your CA's because the majority now have a BH alt so they can get their own. The ones that will end up feeling the sting of another price increase would be the non-jedi/non-bh. The trade forums are nothing but SEA auctions and I've been to malls that have multiple SEA vendors that are fully stocked because they haven't sold and they're too stubborn to lower prices on things they got paid to loot.
Just my opinion...no flame intended.
Just auction the things off on your galaxy's trade board. If they start to get rare enough and Jedi get desperate, the price will go up on its own. The market price is a funny thing indeed.
Oh, and don't be too surprised if you see quality weapon prices go up too.
But I think there are enough Jedi with BH alts that your price-fixing scheme will ultimately fail.

Of course none is forced to pay your prices so you can charge what ever you like... you just may be stuck with your goods.

I both agree and disagree. I see weapons selling for 10+ million, not as much now, that are made from EPCs costing 8 million.
And no, prices do not need to go up on anything. I takes me 1-2 minutes longer to kill a Double Gold Elite Boss Mark. Sure it will cost us more in food/spices, but we are still making a nice proffit off both the Loot and Missions. I wear below capped unlayered armor which costs me 300-400k, and I can make that back in 10-15 bh missions alone. And its still good for a lot more missions.
What im saying is if we bump our prices up they will hesitate at first then bend over and pay in the long run. Trust me Jedi with bh alts are on their jedi more than the alt. WE ARE THE ECONOMY! No one would have cas and aas if it werent for us. the only thing artisan trees can get for themselves is resourses thats it so their prices reamian low on my list. think what you want if the current system stays in play there will be a bigger shortage!
I am still happy with the inflation on my primary server. It really depends onhow active theserver isaka number of players who outbid one anotherwhich raises the value. The Jedi and their alts have allowed me to afford 12 adk's. Luckily I grabbed these babies updays prior to the current price range. They went from about 11 to 12 million to 20 to 30 million each overnight it seems,
