That bonus adds to the standard mission payout to the grand total of his worth (225k).

That means the mission was worth 47k on the terms, and that you got paid an extra of 178k to get a grand total of 225k from that mission.
The 178k is the difference between the random payout on the terms and the actual value of the Jedi (1k * skill points in Jedi).

Yeah i think so which is pretty lame since when they took the names off terms they said you'll get a bonus payout based on their skills and the amount of time it has been since they have been killed by a bh.
