Well for starters, do you have at least investigation 1? If not, you don't need arakyds (do I have to call them "arakydn" now that I'm the BH corro? /pokes Tanks)

If you have at least Inv 1, first you grab your bounty from the terminals, then speak to a "Spy-Net Operative" (locations are stickied to the top of this forum), go outside city limits, and chose the "call probe droid" option on your droid in your inventory. Wait about 30 seconds and it'll land. Go up to it, click it, and then "transfer bio-signature" or something like that. After about 3 mins it'll tell you what planet he's on. Go to that planet and send a seeker droid. Your bounty will move often, so you'll have to send a new seeker everytime it loses track to eventually track him down.

Btw, usually marks make a straight line towards a NPC city. So make a waypoint at your mark's original spot and see which way he's heading then cut him off at the pass
