Unfortunately due to my work, I was unable to play until this morning starting at 06:15 AM MST US
So, here is my report on the boss marks, both level 81. Sorry, only time for 2 this morning.

Changed nothing as to equipping/buffing before going out now, than pre patch. Marks were tough but fun. Both used energy weapons. A slightly prolonged fight, mark uses lots of specials, root seems to be the favorite. I had to kite several times to keep them at bay, but not impossible. No burst run needed. They knocked me on my butt several times each, and I used Stimpak D's 2 times on the first mark and 3 on the second. Otherwise Bacta Spray worked well enough. Torso shot, Deuterium toss, Infect toss, Neurotoxin all seem to do their jobs as before. I never let them close enough for paralyze,or Thyroid Rupture. The fights were longer, I had to use more options, and think a little all adding to my fun I thought. The second one pretty near incapped me, but the stims saved me. All in all I had a good time, and am looking forward to more later this afternoon/evening. Also the loot was tapes, some smuggler stuff, and a ALR.
Final take:
Tougher yes, Impossible? Absolutely not. Just go loaded for bear, and pay attention, they do hit harder now, but that's the fun in my book.

Nice report...
Wait til you get one of the CL 82 uber boss marks.... it is quite a bit different.

Why no Exo-Protien Wafers? T
hey have a filling around 5 and you can pop sever stacks of them without capping your filling. The edge they take of inflicted dmg adds up nicely and can turn the tides of war into your favor.

Dont get me wrong i love the 19-20k marks but the 34k mark guys are too tough 19-20k guys are alot more fun now

I have had 3 boss marks over 30k ham I beat all 3 of them! The first did suprise me and incap me once but I just stood my ground and kept pouring damage on him. I am master bh/mcm pistols 3001 with some uber gear , just keep em stated, dotted and out of meele range. I could take boss marks before unfooded but now boss's I need to eat foods, all in all I realy like it they are freakin tough and its fun to figth them. Long fights to just make sure u have what u need unpacked !!
