Ok last night I was taking on a 221k jedi and two of his friends spammed me with ride invites which caused about 30 of the confirmation widows to pop up on my screen. I could not see a damn thing and could not get rid of them fast enough. I was kicking the crap out of the jedi until this happened. After i was killed by this childish and harrasment level tactic I reported them for harrasment and added them to my ignore list. I want to know if someone is on your ignore list does it also ignore invites like this in the future?

I've never reported anyone for anything but ya know what from now I'm going to start reporting these little punks for stuff like this every single time they spam for duels or spam for invites. If they want to play dirty I'll play mean right back lol. I just ignore duels because my target macro keeps the mark targeted all the time so I don't need to worry about it but this span invite crap ticked me off cuz i could not see a damn thing. I guess before every jedi battle from now on I'll have to check the option to decline all invites in my options too. The fact that a 221k level jedi had to resort to this kindergarten behavior just shows how much this jedi can't pvp and gives all jedi a bad name.

SImple solution, have the jedi targeted before you attack, if they offer a ride to you and you haven't attacked yet hit tab and start blasting

he wasn't the one ofering the ride, his freinds were and they did it so fast i could not get rid of the windows fast enough. it totally blocked my view. very annoying. And no i never do stuff like that cuz it takes time away from my blasting. Do people in the ignore list get blocked from inviting me lie that?

My target macro kept him targeted but i just couldn't see where i was running and stuff so i got all turned around. I tried to stay out of range but oh well I'll group gank him next time for revenge lol

/ignore blocks group invites so if I had to guess I would say it also blocks ride invites

hmm, when you get the first invite pop up, cant you just slide it down off screen? like the respec popup?

and wont the person sending you another one get the "the target is all ready considering a ride?"

have to test that.

you would think so but after i cloned i spent a minute closing all the windows and they were all from the same person. Maybe its a bug

I have tried and no, /addignore does not help. The one thing I use to remedy this childs play is, make the box smaller and move it to the left side of the screen. You can make the box really small and not have a problem seeing. Oh, then report the bast*rd for his childish behavior. BTW, after making the box smaller and moving it, you won't have to do it again, it stays there for good. I did the same thing with the box that pops up for respec, who ever programed that box must of been on crack!

thanks for the tip. I'll have to do that next time. I hope when i log in later they will have done something since I reported him.
