Thread: What's with BH missions??

I'm a novice BH. Combat level 21. I get the lowest level mission available (16) from the mission terminal. I go out and the guy is level 54 purple to me!! ??? Is this a bug or what?

I've heard that it's best to lvl all your weapon trees in Bh before starting Inv. tree. You are correct though, NPC lvls are out of whack all over. Half of the missions I take from regular mission terminals that are my lvl or higherend up being 20 lvls lower than me.
