Jedi= 1.5x "normies" and BH's
BH element of suprise = jedi 1.5x toughness
Duel "fix" > BH element of suprise
BH= 1.0 Jedi= 1.5
therefore jedi > BH
Force Run 1.5x > normal run
Root > Force Run
Healing 5x > normal healing
Publish 19 > Healing
Healing = Nerfz0red
= 1.0x normal healing
Publish 19 > jedi
BH= 1.0 Jedi= -.50
looks like we are on even playing grounds boys!!! get out there

I don't think we know the extent of these changes yetor how they will affect the game until they go live. They do look promising though.

I dont see this pub as a jedi nerf. With Lightsabers using less force/action and elemental dmg actually working as intended my lightsaber will be doing about 30% more Dmg. Theincreasedcool down timer on heals if the only thing I see as the opening to level out Bounty hunters, on the ocassion that a riflemen BH hits me a couple times fast and me without aura on fast heals is simply the only thing that keeps me alive so even though I have not been using a macro the reaply aura I guess I will be doing so after this pub. I'm not sure what the elemental damg is on all of your bh weapons out there but my highest elemental dmg weapon is an Ion Stunner Pistol (170 elemental) about 50 less then my lightsaber. I think this pub keeps things about as balanced as they were previously. The one thing I would be interested to find out is if there going to make roots less likely to reappy after the first one, this was mentioned in the fan fest notes but not in this publish.
Basiclly I think Jedi vs. BH will be about the same with the outcome being based on the actually PvP skill of the 2 playersIMO if both the players are very good at PvP and neither one makes a mistake the BH will either end up running away or being killed (this assumes both r full templete)

Yes but CM/doc healing ahs been increased in power AND speed. So if I could take a 15 minute knight beating before, I can still probly keep up with your added dmg, but the clincher here is that you LOSE your healing strength, which gives us teh upper hand

Think a lot of BH bottom feed so the experiance of most on jedi healing is that it is what keeps jedi alive.
This is true of low levle jedi, but Knights, with a combat template, don't really depend on healing as much.
The healing change I see will have little to no effect on a Knight.
Some of the Bottom feeders will be back complaining after the patch release that this or that in jedi needs to be nerfed.
This skilled BH that actually go after knights won't see much of a change, but then again they depend on their skill as a pvp not game mechanics to win.

They dont lose healing strength.
Lowered Sac on LS specials
Added Sac on heals
Lowered force cost.
Added damage.

Pub 22> Pub 21< Pre Pub Nerfs = (BH< Jedi) + FRS = (Non Ranked Jedi =<MBH - All nerfs since Pub 9 )^ 2 * 1.5 parsecs / 25% damange deduction + Uber for being jedi = Devs are still bias towards jedi and only jedi get fixes.

I'll agree to this...it just seems like some cycles last much longer then others.

Strength of the heals will be the same. Cost in action/mind of heals, and more importantly, the cooldown timer on heals for Jedi, will be changed. Fast, heavy damage will probably be able to outpace heals. And longer fights between healing Jedi and healing BH/CM/Docs will be in the BH's favor.
