Thread: MBH/MP/4400 Rifles?

I've been thinking of template choices for a while, and have turned my attention towards 4400 Rifleman instead of CM, which I've been aiming towards for a little while.
This gives me the ability to Cover Up, use Improved Conceal Shot and Improved Sniper Shot, not to mention Imp. Headshot and Knee-Cap Shot.
I figure this would allow me to cover up and sneak-nuke my target to start combat, then be able to use roots and snares from Rifleman and Pistoleer to mezz the target as he came after me, then switch to my XT and dish the damage out.
Any thoughts?

I'm also considering 0440 Carbineer instead of Rifleman, for Charge Shot and Crippling Shot, as well as some defenses.

I think a lot of MBHs and MPistols do this, or similar, maybe they can respond?

MBH / MP/ Carb 0430 / FS (Acc + Def)
I love this. Hands down the most fun for me. Tried several other templates Post CU, (Doc just doesn't do it for me, and I want more offense). I find that with the extra snare of Carbs, plus the leg shot (same damage as critical, just no critical chance), and doing double damage on KD with charge shot. Plus a crap load of accuracy.
Switch to carbs for a little more range.... you can kite a jedi most of the fight. Only 2 problems.
-High Defense jedi (especially with saber break) are difficult as your root/snare/kd will miss/block more often.... so you'll have a harder time kiting.
-Master Powers - High damage output plus extended range... you MUST use the 50 m range of your carb. They will be fast fights as you'll either die.. or the jedi will run out of force as happens quickly with Powers. Against Powers, I actually suggest a better tank...... MBH / MPist / CM 4000, and equip a laser rifle when ever out of 35m range.

I was MBH Mpistol 4400 Rifle since the CU up until about a month ago. But I dropped rifles completely and went 4000cm. Now I can do alot better in not only pvp but in pve. I liked cover alot and it hurt to drop rifles, but I can still pull out a rifle and use it when I want the range.
