Do get one of these all you have to do is spend some time hunting Giant Canyon Krayts until you pick up nice tissues (any MBH should be able to solo these with the right tactics). For mine I had 6X 178 Dmg, -.45 Spd. I told the WS to try to max both SAC and Dmg (and he came close to both). Then I sliced X4 in speed. With a pup I get 65 SAC. The coolest part is that I made money off of the deal. Since the a Heavy Lightning Rifle takes 5 tissues the WS bought the last tissue for 1.6M and made the gun for free

Actually you are wrong. You are not taking in consideration the 40 elemental damage (1170) the +17 to acc, and the 65M range
