Thread: Bounty Hunter Armor .. Still Dropping??

Just wondering if the drop ratio has changed since CU. The old ratio was about 1 piece of armor per 100+ kills. It certainly takes much much longer to kill just one black sun npc as opposed to pre cu. I killed about 15 of them in about 2 hours last night and didn't get a single armor drop. Is it still dropping and if so, what is the ratio? Thanks.

Yes it is, ive just looted a complete suit over the last 2 weeks.
Drop rate was around 1-40 for me

Where is this located? I'm a BH, and I'd LOVE to have a set. Also, can you give CL's?

Question. Is this better armour than what we are issued and/or better than recon armour? Wouldn't mind a set but just want to make sure it's worth it.

Just so yall know before you spend a ton of time hunting BS, you CANNOT wear post CU looted BH armor, ONLY pre-CU looted, which is named "crafted bounty hunter armor" now.

If this is true then I need an explanation for this. What the F!ck is the point anymore of being master bounty hunter if I can't even wear Bounty Hunter armour?!!??!!! That's like a jedi getting his template and being told he can't wear jedi robes. Imagine the uproar if that ever happened.

yeah it is pretty stupid if you cannot wear it. I was wanting to get a set for my BH but I guess I wont even worry about it till they fix it.


Oh and Jedi do have that problem, the knight robes they earned pre-cu cannot be worn.

Yeah, but the Robe problem is related to the FRS being turned off. Untill it's turned on or replaced, there ARE no Knights. (Sucks for them). But where do you go to hunt to get the BH armor anyway. I'll keep it as a decoration and hope they fix it.


Please don't forgrt CL's. I'm a CL 45, right now, but I'm goin up fast. I'll need to know when I can go.

black suns are cl 88-89 and i looted 3 pieces tonight along with a jet pack base. just wish i could solo them

I find them near the Imp prison on Dath, and in the northwestern part of Yavin near the Jedi enclave. Have yet to loot a single piece with nearly 200 NPCs killed.

Then I don't agree with that either. Those items were hard earned by the players and I can think of no logical reason for them to be taken away.
