For those conscerned about some stealth nerf, and for my own elightenment, I logged in during lunch and ran some quick tests.

With medic 0020, each bacta shot cost me 10% mind. I tested this multiple times and always the same result, 10%. Is this more than pre-22? I dont think so, but Im not sure.

With a rifle with SAC 82 adv critcal cost me 14% action each time I used it. Mind you, this isnt the action PUd rifle I normally use (sac 59) so normally my sac is even less.

Whynter and Myself ran exclusive tests pre 22, the numbers you have and the numberswe have are exactly the same, so there has been no change, I told them all along it was in their head. Bacta Shot and Toss both cost 10% mind with Spray Causing 12% drain per use. People panic when a new patch comes out usually for no reason at all.
