*** DISCLAIMER: no trolling and/or flaming is intended in this post. This post is meant to make the BH community think a bit about its wishes. I have no problems with BHs. ***
So, let's assume, all Jedi leaves the game. After all, they ruined SWG, and so on, and so on.
You got your wish, Jedi no more. Let's move on a bit.
Smugglers get their improvements, and - as a side-effect - they are happen to be on terminals. Fair enough, BH is BH, needs to get bounties to collect. Right.
Smugglers getting pissed off, since they can't fight back a fully templated combat char. Let's face it, Smuggler is not a full combat char. They have some nice moves, but that's all. (BTW that's the general problem of hybrid professions/templates)
Ok, so Smugglers are pissed off, they leave the game too, after some time.
What you gonna do then? Hunting NPCs all the day, same drill again and again? From what I'm reading on these forums, I doubt it. Many of you are BH just to hunt Jedi (whatever is the reason, I don't care).
Sooooo. You have all your wishes. Jedi removed from the game. Smugglers removed from the game. (Ah, forgot to add: before all Smugglers leave, they will whine and cry for nerfs to BH. If you get upset about Jedi doing it, you will be for sure when Smugglers do it. Smugglers get nerfed, then leave. Seen this before.)
You will have no content. Oh sure, you can PvP. But will there any point being in a BOUNTY HUNTER? What kind of bounties you gonna get?

hmmm here is wher your logic is flawed, there will always be new jedi and new smugglers, it is a never ending cycle. It will just make my job eaiser

Here is where logic is flawed
Noone will be Jedi just for carrying around a glowstick. Not any more. If the reward not worth the work, noone will work.
Also noone will be Smuggler, for the very same reason.
Both professions do what they meant to do: Jedi using their lightsabers, Smugglers "smuggling" (it's not actually smuggling, I know, but this word may cover all the stuff they do). They get punished for this, without a single chance to survive.
What many people don't realize is that the majority of the players (regardless of profession) don't want to be "teh ubah roxxorz". We just want what we were promised to get: playing and living (in a way) in the Star Wars Universe.
I had a BH, hunted Jedi. I have a Jedi, and I love fighting BHs. I don't care if I lose or win, until the fight is fair and I have a chance (both on my BH and Jedi toon). Now Jedi have been denied to have a chance, unless they have millions to buy components for their weapons (neverending cycle: we need good weapons to get the components to have good weapons) or if they were lucky enough to have these from pre-CU. Smugglers already don't have a chance to fight a full template combat char, just they are not hunted.
Not everyone is a Master Defender, because many of us don't like to be forced into a playstyle. Many ofthe players just want to play. This covers BH too - Jedi will fight you, if they feel they have a chance. Not even the 1.5x crap. Just one on one, with no exploits, fairly.
I think that's not much to ask.

thats you out of the hundreds of others that complain about viz, ganking xp loss and all that other BS that BH like me get hate tells for. I would love to get your jedis mission. It would probaly be the first time I actually have fun after a fight, Unforenatlly your a diamond in the rough, Most of the players that think like you quit after the CU. But like a said before it just dosent matter if they all leave more will just fill there place, and then when a new batch of nerfs come out that generation will have to quit as well then after that a new one will fill its place. Its a neverending cycle

I disagree with you, in a way.
I think all of those, who are complaining about visibility, xp loss and whatever (or for similar things about the BH-part, though I believe that's a shorter list
) should be and actually are ignored.When I got Jedi, I accepted to gain visibility, to be hunted and to lose xp if I die (back in those time we lost xp on any death, not just BHs). I played alone, deep on Endor, and it was a pain. But, compared what is now, I enjoyed it much. I had a goal, and I knew that when I'm ready, I can take a BH, and have a good fight, no matter the result.
As for now, I'm not enjoying fighting any more. I loved giving tips for new BHs I defeated, how to be more effective, and getting tips from older BHs who killed me. All of us had fun, even after the CU, no flaming, no hard feelings. All accepted that this is the game. (And ALL my Jedi friends think like me too)
With the latest "balance" and "fixes" (let's face it: nerfs) I just don't have a chance against a BH. Or any ranged character. I'm not the best PvPer, and I don't even have Defender in my temp, but I was doing fairly and enjoyed it. But not now. Seeing naked BHs running around, and killing Jedi without even healing themselves once is disappointing.
Whatever, I'm going offtopic in my own thread lol. My point is, that Jedi MAY have content without BHs, but haveing BHs on our tail is fun. And BHs having an always challenging, always renewing content is fun too. I believe both the Jedi and BHs should work together, since we all play this game for the fun, not for flaming each other or getting annoyed all the time.

Wouldn't the red solve the yellow?

Im sorry for your fustration, but my point still stands, maybe jedi on smaller galaxies think diffrent but on huge server they just plain whine
I dont mean to accuse you of anything of course these are just my opinions and are not to be taken with seriousness

Nah, I don't think so.. since Smuggler is a mixed profession, always been, it's cause an unbalancing issue to make them match for a fully combat profession while having there other specialities too.
What I meant by improvements are the complete player bounty system (not just Jedi), and the Smugglers' abiltiy to actually smuggle and doing things the authorities don't like.

Well, ok, if you consider FarStar a "smaller galaxy".
But the point is, that why generalize? Not the profession makes people whiners, they are whiners themselves. Regardless of profession.
It's like saying all British people are dumb. No, they are not. There are some, it may appear to be the majority in a point of view, but you can never say "all".
And for your second paragraph: if we are not taking each other's opinions serious (except of course the trolls and flamers - but this last one often have a valid point), what is the point of discussing things?

I agree there is no reason to whine just because a prof, people are just natural whiners. And as for my own opioions they are never serious half the time, just look at kauri forums and youll know.
