Greetings brothers & sisters,
I recently came upon some enhanced power cells while hunting down criminals and had one of Intrepid's best weaponsmiths craft this for me:

Heavy Lightning Rifle
Base Attack Speed: 2.53
Damage: 463-1141
Elemental Damage: 40
Accuracy: 62 <---drool
Wound: 33.35%
Base DPS: 333.14
SAC: 82

I am wondering what you all would suggest for smuggler modifications to this weapon. I am MBH/MRM and from what I am thinking the damage is already capped, SAC is capped, speed is near capped (think its 2.5 for rifles, but not sure). Would anything but a full critical slice be of any use on this beauty?

But since the speed is 2.53, isnt the speed capped to 2.5 even with slicing? I honestly don't know, but don't want to go get a speed slice if it won't matter.

It's ok...I'd hate you too if you had this. I just got some awesome power cells and found the right smith for the job willing to use some sweet scopes he had in storage. Only cost me 700k to get it made too.

your damage is not capped... but pretty close... cap is 1150...
nice accuracy...

Yah...but I really don't know if another 9 points is gonna be worth it if I could go with speed or a crit, but damage slice raises the min too doesn't it? hmmm.

I believe you damage is about the slicing cap for damage anyways, which i think is 1140, I may be wrong, so look into it before you have it sliced.

OnWS forum they believe that thecraftable speed cap for all rifles is 2.17. I know there are lots of people out there who have speed sliced their ALR or T21 to well below 2.5 (I've seen a 2.43 personally, and that was with only a 2% speed slice). I'm sure there are some HLRs below there too....
