First of all not all these ideas r just 4 BH they affect other proffesions.
Here r my ideas:
1.Duel Wielding - The ability for u 2 hav a wep in both your hands. This might seem unfair but it would affect Swordsman they get 2 swords, Pistoleer they get 2 Pistols and i cant remember wot other profs can hav 1 handed wepons but any prof that uses 1 handed weps can wield 2 of them. You also might think its unfair because 2 strong wepons will kill u so quickly but, u make so that u hav 2 hav specialy guns and swords that dont weigh as much and as of such do less damage but of there damage put together does the same as a strong un-duel wielding wep can do. You would also miss more often. It would also work like my next point is goin 2 tell u MBH hav a new ability that can use wrist attachments (flamethrowers, minirocket launchers) these would act as the second wepon but u can use a strong pistol in the other hand. Also Jedi can have duel sabers.
2.Wrist Attachments - You would hav 2 be ethier master bounty hunter or master ranger to use these MBH would hav flamethrowers, rocket launchers and Rangers would hav dart launchers which would be traps that hav a further range. They would all be unblockable and take 5min 2 recharge. For they would all hav ammo needed 2 use them dart launcher would need darts, flame thrower, napalm tanks and rocket launcher, rockets funely enough. MBH would also be able 2 use the dart launcher put only use a poisonis dart with makes them lose health and take more damage due 2 lose of awareness. You would also have wrist blades wich would come out of both arms and u get a high melee speed and accuracy 4 3 mins wich is how long the ability would last bore ur blades get blunt and r of no use u would need 2 keep buying blades 4 them 2 work. You would also need to be one of these master bounty hunter, master swordsman, tera kasi master or master ranger. The wepon u had equiped would be unequiped for the duration of the skill .This would look kool and be quite use full.
3.Mandalorian Armour - The true BHing armour you would hav to be MBH 2 use the new skills in it 2 work them effectivly if u had the helmet you would get a thermal vision which would put your moniter into thermal vision and you would see evrything even if they had coverup and that jedi skill that makes them dissapear. Legs would make u hav burst run on all the time. If u had the chest you would hav a ability 2 go beserk making you shoot faster and more accurate and if u where using the blade wrist attachment mentioned above make u stronger and faster at melee.
4.Jet pack - This would be more usefull by being faster and can not be destroyed like the other vechiles but would count as armour with no resistances and as the same as armour decay with use.
I hav lots of other ideas but i cant be bothered typing anymore so post ur thoughts about my ideas.

Rant? He said three words. But on your idea, we've all wanted nifty armor gadgets and cool abilities. There's been thousands upon thousands of threads about it. It'll never happen.

I do like parts of your ideas, but there is no way Jedi need dual wield IMO. With the Jet Pack I can understand the nondestructable argument seeing how tough they are to get. Too bad they couldn't make them like the BARC speeder so you can have them repaired when disabled.
As far as the Mandolorian Armour gadgets would be nice nothing too extreme though, but I'd be happy if it were really in the game and not some decoration trophy armour. They should've made it like RIS armour, once you are certified you can make it in your crafting station, but of course some of the resources are a pain to get and are pretty rare.

1) Dual wielding would be nice, yes - but only as animation, not doubling the damage output or it would be hard to balance. 1-handed Lightsabers would be another candidate 
2) No. If you want rockets / flamethrowers, spend some skill points in Commando skills. Thats what that profession is for.
3) No. Mandalorian armor is in the game already. The bonusses you suggest are unbalancing.
4) No. Fighting from a vehicle (which is what you suggest I assume) would also be unbalancing.
It would be nice if you used correct grammar, "2 read ur" posts is hard for non-native speakers.
