Now I know Jedi are gonna flame this post, and to be honest I could care less. I am currently a CL73 Master Rifleman/Novice Combat medic/BH. Now I am not going to complain that more and more Jedi are in hiding on K. It's a smart move to grind Jedi skills and not have to worry about vis imho.
So here is my story. After finding a Jedi on the terminal I launched my probe and the message came back that my mark was on K. Now knowing that my seekers droids can't track on K ment that I would have to taunt my mark out of thier grinding spot. So I sent a few tells asking this Jedi to come fight. Thats right folks, I sent a/tell asking this Jedi if he was ready to die and join all his friends. It took a bit of time before he felt ready to come out to the SP and while I am sure he expected me to have a ton a BH friends there waiting, I am a somewhat honorable Jedi Hunter. I met him alone although by the time I convinced him to come out and fight there was a nice crowd there waiting that wanted to watch. I am happy to say niether of us dissapointed our crowd of onlookers. I moved up the hill away from all those standing around dropped to prone and used cover hopeing to get in a sniper shot. Thanks to an ill placed rock I couldn't see my target to shoot and had to stand up and settle for a few headshots before switching to my close-in weapons. We fought for almost 40 minutes neither of us getting a decided upper hand and the fight ended when my Jedi mark ran away. Was a dissapointing end to the fight but I understand his reasons and I didn't really need the 174k credits that badly.
Could I have done anything different?? Maybe so, however it was great fun from my outlook on it. And I am happy to see that my template stood up to the damage a jedi can dish out. Once I finish my investigation grind I will have MBH. I already have more then enough combat XP to train the skill. I won't always give Jedi the kind of warning I gave this one. "T", knows who he is and he knows we have a little unfinished business to take care of after he gets his template done.
I don't fall in with the all Jedi must die crowd. I enjoy hunting PC simply becuse they fight more creativly then the NPC marks do. I highly await the full PC bounties that will hopefully arrive to this game soon and make this game that much more fun.

Well, don't expect too many jedi flame you here - I won't. You seem like a normal guy, playing the game and respecting other players, which is nice. I wish all BH (and jedi too) were so, we wouldn't have all this hate between us.

If it works, more power to you.
One correction I'd like to make though. Jedi that grind on Kash in that webweaver spot get tons of visibility. They get it from their groupmates, and also from the wookiees.
Most jedi that grind down there do it since seekers don't work on Kash. (Which is stupid, but oh well, it's a programming issue) Plus they do it since most BH won't both with them down there. (There are those few that do go down there and take care of business though)

I don't post here much anymore as I am also sick of the Jedi/BH hating. It looks like and fair fight and credit to the jedi for coming out and having a go as well he didn't have too.
I also agree I wish more Jedi and BH worked together and got this game working. I mean if we tested anbd played the professions like we should without flaming then it is possible to come up with agreements between the professions rather than I want to be better and you shouldn't be allowed that etc etc
I just hope with the new publishes (20 & 21) then we will have powerful jedi that are better than everyone but a skilled BH can (if they know how) to take down a jedi. I think its getting close but the whole flaming wars is just so tiring and starting to put me off this game.
I remember when I first became a MBH over a year and half ago, when fighting a jedi, both were respectable. You bowed afterwards, had a chat, gave each other credit for what they did etc
Now its just hate tells and I am better than you. Just hope it stops soon.

I've just gotten back into the game after a long time away, and have decided to go for BH (along with rifleman, and of course freelance pilot!) The whole jedi/bh thing interests me, but the hate posts do turn me off a bit. But I'm more into the roleplaying aspect anyway, I'm not a power leveler by any means (I'm a hard-core casual gamer), and I would certainly expect my marks to do everything in their power to get away. This post shows a good example of why I finally decided to go the BH route. For me thats what makes the BH profession attractive. If I just wanted to blast everything in existance I'd go play Unreal Tournament!
