has anybody noticed? if i get a 10% increased chance for critical hits due to a weapon slice and i use advanced critical shot is my critical chance actually higher than using advanced critical shot with a regular weapon? or does one simply supercede the other?

that % you have on the weapon effects the roll on weather or not it does the max damage.... i think..... or maybee u just get a bonus 10% of the time on top of the +CRITICAL+

I thought it meant a 10% increase in the chance of getting a critical shot, not 10% increase in damage a critical shot does.

If someone with a 10% slice could post here I'd be intrested in the answer....mainly because I want to slice some weapons.

I agree...I thought the same thing. Not an increase in damage WHEN a +CRITICAL+ was executed....but rather an increased chance to execute a +CRITICAL+.

yeah, i totally agree with you guys. it's an increased chance, not increased damage. so to me the real question is still do the two bonuses stack or do you get the greater of the two?

knowing SOE, it probably cuts your damage in half when you get a +Critical+ and only increases the chance of weapon failure.

it probably doesn't amount to much of an increase one way or the other.

If ADV Crit shot gives you a 15% chance to crit, is that slice an extra10%to the chance to crit(15+10=25%) or a 10%increaseof your base chance to hit?(15+{15 x .1} =16.5%).

In otherwords is it a BONUS 10% or an 10% INCREASE in your base chance?

Either way, crits don't seem to be that dramaticto me.
