Thread: rifleman or pistoleer for mbh

my template is mbh/master rifleman/novice smuggler on my alt, would it be better to make the switch to mbh/master pistoleer/something? Give me some reasons why the switch would help my jedi hunting and what i could use those extra sp for instead of novice smuggler if i made the switch or if i should keep rifles and put those smugg points maybe in pistoleer or something else?

I personally enjoy MBH/MRifle/0404 Pistoleer
I use rifle primarily, and the pistoleer root and attack stuns are nice to have. The smuggler's root is actually a "mez"...where if they take dmg, they suddenly are un-rooted. I'd prefer a real root. Smuggler is more group oriented, but seeing BH have to pretty much 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 1 their targets, I'd say solo is more important.
You can root someone and continue to do dmg, or root and run off to regen, or root and retreat. The smuggler can do only the last 2 of those.

My temp and I love it. In PVP and with Jedi fights I can do some nice things...........
